Sequencing of Tests
A
- non-fatigue, agility, power/strength, sprint, muscular endurance, anaerobic capacity, aerobic capacity
- Aerobic test can be administered on different day but if it is on the same there should be an hour long rest period before initiation

- weight = athletes weight (N)
- height = difference between 9th and 3rd step (m)

- 5 min break between trials
