➊ Harmless, benign, warty spot that appears during adult life as a common sign of skin ageing
➋ 90% of adults over 60 yrs have it

How is it managed?
A
➊ * Usually many of them
* It can form on any area of skin, except the palms and soles
* Flat/raised papule or plaque
* Skin coloured, yellow, or pigmented
* Smooth, waxy, or wart-like surface
➋ * Only removed for cosmetic reasons
* Cryoptherapy, curretage, electrocautery, shaving
