What is it?
How does it present?
A
➊ Most common type of priamry cutaneous lymphoma, and is a form of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, in which malignant T-cells are localised to the skin with no evidence of extracutaneous disease at the time of diagnosis.
➋ * Typically presents are patches, papules, nodules, plaques, or tumours
* Pruritis

How is it managed?

➊ * FBC
* Skin biopsy - multiple often needed, especially in the early patch stages
➋ * Topical treatments
* Excision, phototherapy
* Systemic treatment - chemo, retinoids
