What is this?

How does it present?

A

SCC in situ - superficial form of SCC in which the dysplastic cells are confined to the epidermis

➋ * Irregular scaly plques up to several cm’s in diameter
* Often orange-red colour, but may be brown

A
  • Observation if the risk of invasive SCC is low
  • Excision
  • Cryotherapy
