What is this?
How does it present?
A
➊ SCC in situ - superficial form of SCC in which the dysplastic cells are confined to the epidermis
➋ * Irregular scaly plques up to several cm’s in diameter
* Often orange-red colour, but may be brown

How is it managed?
A
- Observation if the risk of invasive SCC is low
- Excision
- Cryotherapy
- Imiquimod cream
