What is it?

A
➊ Chronic, acquired autoimmune, sub-epidermal blistering disease
➋ * Typically affects elderly
* Severe itch and large, tense bullae (fluid-filled blisters), which rupture to form crusted erosions
* Usually involves flexor surfaces of limbs, and it may be localised to one area, or widespread on the trunk and proximal limbs
* Frequently affects the skin around skin folds

➍ Systemic Corticosteroids
