A

Full-thickness, rapidly enlarging, painful ulcer with blue/purple undermined borders

* RA
* Leukaemia

Injury to the skin

➍ Usually soon after surgery/skin injury, and grows very rapidly w/oedematous purple ridge, causing a lot of pain

➎ * Surgical debridement
* Abx
* Steroids
