What is oxybutynin?
antimuscarinic drug used to relax an overactive bladder
SEs of oxybutynin?
dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision and occasionally cognitive impairment
SEs of statins?
Headaches + GI disturbances
More serious: muscle aches -> myopathy
Name a SE of systemic steroids (pred)
Mood changes
An onset of such symptoms during treatment will require a review of therapy

Erythromycin - enhances anticoagulation effects

Severe hypotension and potential MI

Rifampicin induces CYP450
