75% - Lung (most commonly non-small cell)
15% - Lymphoma (most commonly Hodgkin’s)
10% - Secondary LNs

A
- Dyspnoea, cough, chest pain at rest
- Swelling + redness – neck, face, arm
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Disturbed vision
- Nausea
- Syncope
