A

75% - Lung (most commonly non-small cell)
15% - Lymphoma (most commonly Hodgkin’s)
10% - Secondary LNs

What are the clinical features of SVC obstruction?

A
  • Dyspnoea, cough, chest pain at rest
  • Swelling + redness – neck, face, arm
  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Disturbed vision
  • Nausea
  • Syncope
