3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1⁄4 oz Benedictine
Method: Stir, strain and serve in a coupe
Rob Roy
2 oz scotch
1 oz Sweet Italian Vermouth
2 dash Bitters
Method: Stir, strain and serve in a coupe
Barbary Coast Cocktail
3⁄4 oz. scotch
3⁄4 oz. Nordes gin
3⁄4 oz. Cartron Creme de Cacao
3⁄4 oz. cream
Method: Shake, Serve up, Nutmeg
Penicillin
1.5 oz scotch
3⁄4 oz lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger liqueur
3/4 oz Honey syrup
Method: Shake, serve on the rocks
Garnish: float .5 Laphroaig scotch
Morning Glory Fizz
2 oz scotch
3⁄4 oz lemon
3⁄4 oz simple
1⁄2 oz egg white
Absinthe to taste
Method: Dry shake, shake
Strain into a highball and top with soda FIZZ STYLE
Presbyterian
2 oz scotch
3⁄4 oz lemon
3⁄4 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger liqueur or simple
Method: Shake, serve in a collins, top with East Imperial ginger beer if using simple, or soda if using ginger
