2 oz Laird’s Applejack or Laird’s Applejack or Torres Brandy
1⁄2 oz lemon
1⁄4 cointreau
1⁄4 simple
barspoon Maraschino
dash angostura

Method: shake and strain into a sugar rimmed glass
Garnish: large orange twist

1 oz Remy Cognac
1 oz Lime
.5 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger liqueur
.5 Simple
Dash Ango
Shake, and serve on ice or on crushed if available. Top with Ginger Beer/Ginger Ale and
Garnish lavishly with Mint etc

Antebellum Mint Julep

A

2 tsp. superfine sugar
6 mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
2 oz. Remy Cognac
Muddle mint with sugar or simple and add Remy Cognac, add crushed ice, chill and
garnish with mint
