3⁄4 oz lemon juice
1⁄4 oz egg white (optional)
Method: dry shake, shake serve on the rocks

1 oz campari
1 oz Dolin Dry
1 oz Lime juice
.75 oz simple
Method: Shake, collins, top soda
Maximillian Affair
1 oz. Vida del Maguey vida
1 oz. St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz. Sweet Italian Vermouth
1⁄2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Method: Shake, serve up
Garnish: lemon twist
Naked and Famous
3⁄4 oz Del Maguey Vida
3⁄4 oz aperol
3⁄4 oz yellow chartreuse
3⁄4 oz lime
Method: Shake, serve up
Bamboo
1 1/2 oz fino sherry
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 teaspoon simple or cane syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Method: Stir
Adonis
2 oz Lustau Fino
1 oz Sweet vermouth
Orange bitters to taste,
Method: Stir, serve up
Pisco / Singani Sour
2 oz Barsol Quebranta
3⁄4 - 1 oz citrus (lime or lemon or both)
3⁄4 simple
1⁄2 egg white
Method: Dry shake, shake, serve up
East India Cocktail

1.5 oz Barsol Quebranta
.75 oz Liber and Co Pineapple Gomme
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Don Q 8
.5 oz Fresh Orange Juice
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Shake, strain, serve up
Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
