3⁄4 oz simple syrup
3⁄4 oz lime juice
Method: Shake, strain and serve in a coupe

3⁄4 oz simple or demerara if available
10 leaves fresh mint
Muddle mint in collins glass.
Method: Add ingredients, add crushed ice, swizzle, top with angostura as a float

2.5 oz Don Q Añejo
3⁄4 oz lime
3⁄4 oz grapefruit
3⁄4 oz Honey syrup
1⁄4 oz St Elisabeth Allspice dram (optional)
Method: Shake, strain in a rocks glass with 3 cubes KD.
Garnish: Mint Sprig

1.5 oz Don Q Añejo
1⁄2 oz lime
3⁄4 oz simple syrup
2 dash angostura
6-8 mint leaves
Method: muddle mint, shake, strain into a coupe, top with Champagne

.5 oz Orange liqueur (Cointreau)
