The changes in an animals appearance or size as they grow.
What is the difference between an endoskeleton and exoskeleton?
Exoskeleton is inside an organisms body and an exoskeleton is on the outer part of the animal.
What is Gradual metamorphosis?
When an animal only grows in size and their appearance stays the same.
What is complete metamorphosis?
When the animal goes through all stages of their life for example a caterpillar turning into a butterfly.
What is the purpose of gills?
Gills help marine animals breathe under water.
What is a nerve chord?
A nerve chord is a string nerve signal-spinal chord.
How many pairs of legs do arachnids have?
4 pairs of legs.
