Irrational/false beliefs that have no basis in reality, they make people with Sz behave in a way that seems normal to them but is bizarre to us

A false belief that you are being harassed.
E.g., by the government

A false belief that you are being controlled by something external.
E.g., by aliens

A loss of usual abilities

Severe loss of motivation to carry out everyday tasks and difficulty to begin or keep up with goal directed activity
