Your landing light is out. Destination airport lights are out and you are landing at sunset. Does this concern you?

A

1) inoperative equipment - landing light is required by 91.205 night ops.. technically not illegal, but still needs to be labeled, disabled and logged..
2) there’s risk… if we have a headwind, or delay were landing at night… on an dark runway with no lights
3) there’s risk in feeling rushed to get there before dark…
4) to mitigate.. is it just a burn out bulb ? can it be replaced before flight ?
5) could refuse the flight if not able to mitigate
