-FIRST DEGREE BURNS

-notify medical officer, with or without symptoms

-medical officer notification required with symptoms only
NON BIOLOGICAL EXPOSURE REPORT

Report to Chief of Operations when:
3 or more members suffer injuries at the same incident resulting in medical leave that tour
- Supervisor of that unit (working that tour, when injuries occurred )
- Officer out more than 30 days (regular Officer will prepare)
- Company Commander will review report and add comments…chain of command to Chief of Operations
