-“semi annual inspection of safety equipment”
clothing found to be defective shall be replaced within 30 days …defective equipment replaced ASAP
-Defective equipment forms SD-6/SD-7
note; during ANNUAL inspections, DC’s shall inspect life saving ropes and training ropes CARDS , also ensure that PSS CHECKLIST IS UPDATED
