ONLY WHITE, many varieties, Jacquere & altesse mainly, 9 mos sur lie, red grapes cannot represent more than 20% of total. L’ Ayze can append village name, 70% Gringet.
Roussette de Savoie AOC
Altesse, can append village name
Seyssel AOC
still (100% Altesse) or sparkling (min 10% Altesse, balance Molette adn Chasselas)
