Then it is not an act?

When does it begin?
Sanctification
In regeneration.
When does sanctification end?
In death, according to its growth.
What are the means of promoting sanctification?
Hope, faith, love, prayer, self-examination, watchfulness, especially the word of God, and self denial.
By whom is this work carried on?
sanctification
By the Holy Spirit, his presence and power.
Where?
Is sanctification carried out
In the hearts of believers.
How do we advance in sanctification?
In proportion to the exercise of our faith, love, and all the other aims of grace.
What is sanctification?
To be made over again like God, or the separation unto God.
Define moral sanctification.
Moral sanctification is when men are made holy morally.
Define ceremonial sanctification.
Ceremonial sanctification is the separation of things for holy purposes.
Where does sanctification begin?
In the hearts of believers.
