Caesar Salad
Whole lead romaine hearts tossed with house-made caesar dressing (egg yolk, anchovy, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, and black pepper). Topped with whole anchovy filets, shaved parmesan, and house-made croutons (sourdough bread, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, parsley).
Notes: side salad size available. May add chicken, shrimp, or steak. Can be made gluten-free without the croutons.
ALLERGENS: fin fish, gluten, dairy, egg, citrus, capsicum.
Hernando’s Chop Salad
Chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, avocado, cherry tomato, jicama, pomegranate seeds, crispy tortilla strips, pickled jalapeno vinaigrette (pickled jalapeno, pickling liquid, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, fresh oregano).
Notes: side salad size available. Any ingredient that is not in the dressing can be removed. Can be made gluten-free without the tortilla strips.
ALLERGENS: beans, nightshade, soy (gluten cross-contamination).
Heirloom Tomato Salad
Heirloom tomato, wild arugula, croutons, cucumber, breakfast radish, jicama, red onion, mint, cilantro. Chile de Arbol dressing (chile de arbol, honey, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard).
Notes: side salad size available. Can be made gluten-free without the croutons. Can be made without any ingredients that are not in the dressing.
ALLERGENS: nightshade, gluten, cilantro, allium.
Roasted Vegetable & Kale Salad
Garlic-roasted yellow squash, zucchini, golden beets, red curry kale, and tuscan kale tossed in a charred tomato chipotle vinaigrette (charred tomato, roasted garlic, honey, red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, chipotle chile, oil blend, salt and pepper). Topped with toasted pepitas and finely-grated ricotta salata (a semi-firm, lightly nutty Italian sheep’s milk cheese).
Notes: side salad size available.
ALLERGENS: allium, capsicum, nightshade, seeds.
Burrata Salad
Heirloom tomato, seasonal fruit, Jamon Serrano (Spanish cured shaved ham leg), Italian burrata, wild arugula, basil, cilantro, fried flour tortilla strips, lemon vinaigrette (lemon, salt, oil, shallot).
Notes: seasonal fruit side changes regularly. Ask Chef for current offering. Can be made gluten-free without tortilla strips and can be made vegetarian without Jamon Serrano.
ALLERGENS: dairy, gluten, pork, cilantro, allium, citrus, soy.
Lobster Avocado Salad
Butter-poached lobster and sliced avocado laid on a bed of mixed baby greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, and seasonal fruit. Tossed in chile ancho dressing (red wine vinegar, brown sugar, honey, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, oil blend, ancho chile).
Notes: seasonal fruit side changes regularly. Ask Chef for current offering. Can be made without anything not in the dressing.
