Poblano Escobar

Mezcal, combier L’original liqueur (triple sec), lemon juice, agave syrup, cumin, pineapple chunks. Garnished with pineapple moon and pineapple leaves.

Notes: early and fruity, not too sweet, balanced out by the smokiness of the Mezcal. Definitely crushable. Heat levels can vary depending on the batch of Poblanos. Sweet and savory. Spirit is batched. Can be modified, but will be hand-built.

Espresso Martini

Vodka, espresso, simple syrup, Cafe Lolita coffee liqueur. Garnished with three espresso beans.

Paloma Especial

Answer 3

Blanco tequila, Fever Tree pink grapefruit soda, Cocchi Americano (Italian aromatized wine), pamplemousse liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice. Garnished with a lime, grapefruit moon, and Hawaiian black salt.

Notes: based off a tequila-based cocktail, “The Paloma.” Served on the rocks with a lime wedge. Salt can be added. Liquor can be upgraded.

Mexican Tickler

Answer 4

Blanco tequila, Boiron mango puree, Cocchi Americano, Habanero tincture, Scrappy’s Cardamom bitters, lemon juice, agave syrup, calamansi vinegar. Garnished with a purple feather.

Notes: Fruity, earthy, and spicy. No modifications. Spirit is batched. Sweeter rather than spicier due to the mango.

Tommy’s Margarita

Blanco tequila, reposado tequila, citrus-spiked agave syrup, lime juice. Garnished with a lime pinwheel.

Notes: our version of the Tommy’s Margarita from San Francisco. Infused syrup gives a brighter flavor. Pitcher will contain six margaritas for the price of five. Served in the swan ceramic.

Pink Margarita

Tequila rosa, Fiorente elderflower liqueur (elderflower, lemon, mint), lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup. Garnished with rose petals.

Notes: “elegant cousin” of Tommy Margarita. Floral notes from rose petals and elderflower, refreshing citrus, and an earthy balance from the tequila.

Question 7

One Night in Tulum - Dry Libation

Answer 7

Passion fruit puree, simple syrup, liquid alchemist orgeat, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice. Garnish with passionfruit cup and lavender sprigs.

Notes: Inspired by Tiki cocktails. Sweet, citrusy, and refreshing. Optional to add spirit.

ALLERGENS: nuts/almonds from the orgeat.

Kiwifruit

Blanco tequila, fresh kiwi puree, orgeat syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice. Garnished with kiwi wheel and mint plouche.

Notes: Spirit is batched but can be modified if hand-built.
