Accident reports
A
- Any accidents such as death, injury, or injuries that take up to 7 days or more; MUST be recorded to HSE.
- Previously recorded accidents, must be recorded on ‘new’ accident books. Which are designed to keep unauthorized persons from knowing any of the records.

The ‘duty holder’ is the person who checks up on any incidents that may happen.
