A
primarily laid on employers, it’s their duty to see that proper systems of work and management are in place

- they don’t have specific duties under COSHH

A
- you will take actions as an emergency
- clearing up any spillage
- safely depose of any residues

preventing and controlling exposure
A
- employers must ensure exposure of employees to hazardous substance are either prevented or controlled delinquently
- if prevention is not reasonably practicable, exposure must be controlled by one or more people as measure in regulation
- only as a last resort, should PPE be used
