how is fire made?
heat rises the temperature of the fuel vapor to the ignition temperature, oxygen combines with the fuel vapor and fuel; to vaporize and burn.
what is a ‘class A’ fire?

What is a ‘class B’ fire?
flammable liquids
What is a ‘class C’ fire?
flammable gas
What is a ‘class D’ fire?
materials:
- sodium
- magnesium

What is a ‘class F’ fire?
cooking oil

- water - red band
- multi-purpose dry powder - blue band

- used for class A, B, and C fires
