Answer -My physical activity plan is effective as I have:
- Included 60 minutes of moderate-vigorous activity everyday
- Limited sedentary behaviour with less than 2 hours of recreational screen time and break up periods of sitting

- Incorporate incidental physical activity such as walking or cycling to school.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Find a workout buddy
- Break up commute by getting dropped off earlier than the destination
- Set up a reward system
- Design a social-ecological model initiative.\

Futsal4kids: allows children who have a low socio-economic family to take part in soccer which supports children to adhere tot eh guidelines for at least once a week and teaches about community
Walkthelake: same but aged for older Australians 50+ who struggle to meet the guidelines and want to go for an easy walk with community
