Minimum flight visibility above 10,000ft in controlled airspace is
8km with requirement to maintain 1500m horizontal clearance and 1000ft vertical clearance
Criteria for being clear of cloud and in sight of the surface
1000ft AGL and 3000ft AMSL
If you’re terrain clearance is below 1000ft you can fly in sight of surface in F and G airspace
