SRA stands for
Surveillance Radar Approach (SRA)
What is surveillance Radar approach
Type of radar approach from ATC. Only requires radio equipment.
Controller vectors aircraft to align with runway centreline.
Vectors passed until approach and landing by visual reference.
Aircraft provided with ATS surveillance service when should position be passed:
Upon identification
When requested by the pilot
When pilot estimated position differs with that of ATC
When instructed to resume own navigation after vectoring
Deviation from route
Before termination of the service
Aircraft shall not be vectored closer than from airspace boundary
2.5nm or 1/2 radar separation if greater

2nm - range and advisory heights every 2nm
2nm or less = 1/2nm

Clear of cities or towns
Away from areas where thunderstorms have been reported
Level should not be less than 6000ft
