  • An aircraft compelled to land has right of way.
  • Aircraft taking take off have right of way over Aircraft taxiing on the manoeuvring area.
  • Where two or more approaching, higher gives way, but lower shall not cut in or overtake.

- Over congested areas of cities, towns or settlements.

- If an emergency arises, a landing to be made without undue hazard to persons or property on the surface.
