Introduction
Rule of law plays an important role in the administration of a country. The expression of rule of law derived from french phrase “law principle de legalite” indicating the affairs of the country . It provides protection of people against the arbitrary actions of the administrative authority .
Objective of rule of law
. The objective of rule of law is to maintain public order by compelling to behave in a legal manner and give protection to the individual by defining the powers of the government .
. The concept was originated by Sir Edward Coke . But later it was developed by A.V . Dicy.
Modern concept of rule of law
The modern concept of rule of law was discovered by Wade Phillips in his book constituional law .
