   R - Route - SID Designator (& as filed)
   A - Altitude - Cleared Altitude/Level
   F - Frequencies
   T - Transponder - Squawk XXXX
   S - Special Instructions

Any other necessary instructions or information not contained in the SID description, e.g. instructions relating to change of frequency.
