an inflammatory facial rash typically presenting in middle age

A
-rash is erythematous, composed of papules/ postures and telangiectasia and can cause rhinophyma

what are causes of rosacea?
A
- can be triggered by steroids, sunlight, spicy food, alcohol
- may be increased immune response to demoted mite

what is the management for rosacea?
A
Preventative: avoid triggers
Topical: metronidazole
Oral: doxycycline
Aesthetic: photo therapy
