Roman empire technology, uses gravity to have water travel miles from source into the cities, moves waste out of cities too

issues Edict of Milan after seeing a cross during battle and claiming victory to Christianity, converts to religion, changes capital to Constantinople

capital in Byzantium after Diocletian splits empire into east and west, Constantinople established by Constantine
