Define when a person is guilty of robbery
A person is guilty of robbery is he steals and immediately before or at the time of doing so uses force on any person or seeks to put a person in fear of being subjected to force
What other offence has to be proved in order for robber to be an offence

The person who has the property but a person can’t fear for the safety of another person so force would need to be used on the other person
Why must the threat of force be immediate to be robbery
If it isn’t it will constitute as blackmail
