ankle/sacral oedema elevated JVP hepatomegaly ascites normal CXR

A
LVF, cor pulmonale, congenital HF

how is it diagnosed
A
NP test, echo, ECG (may show ischaemia, hypertension, arrhythmia)

same as LVF but also include PCI
