Psoriatic arthritis presentations?
A
asymetrical oligoarthritis - most common
distal arthritis - DIPJs
or may have symetrical polyarthritis.
psoriasis may present many years later and they are likely to have a family history of the disease.

PEND includes nail pitting, keratinisation and lifting. psoriatic plaques enthesitis dactylitis

When do you get a reactive arthritis?
A
1-4 weeks after urine infection or GIT infection
usually single knee joint

A
Incldue: enthesitis painless penile ulceration keratoderma blennhorhagicum - soles and palms plaques iritis mouth ulcers

30-50%
may require imunosuppression (sulphasalazine) aswell as the intial NSAIDs
