Biological factors
A
- Age (less taste buds, papillae less sensitive)
- Genetics (supertasters have more tastebuds so they are more sensitive, medium tasters make up mot of the population, non-tasters have less tastebuds than normal so less sensitive)

- Appearance (colour and shape effect our taste perception)
- Food packaging (eg. more expensive looking the better it may taste)
