What is exercise psychology?
a discipline used to help people assess where they are at with regards to exercise
What is physical activity?
Movement of the body produced by the skeletal muscles which results in energy expenditure

Siting or lying during waking hours with low levels of energy expenditure

Generic valenced of good vs bad towards something.
What is mood?
A global set of affcetive feelings states experienced on day to day basis. Eg could wake up in a bad mood and not know why.
What is emotion?
Specific feeling state in reaction to certain events.
Why is it that hit training may or may not be good to overcome barriers of exercise?
