A

Decrease in lung compliance due to stiffness and lung interstitium becoming thicker

Low FEV1 and low FVC, normal/increased FEV1/FVC ratio

A

Mild = no treatment and NSAIDs or topical steroids for rashes

Systemic steroids given if other systems involved
