Investigation (2)
A
1- ECG, CXR, and Echo are abnormal and have nonspecific features
2- Diagnosis made by cardiac catheterization showing pressure changes and biopsy may be taken for histological diagnosis

Management
A
No specific treatment and prognosis is poor, however diuretics and vasodilators may be used for symptomatic relief
