Q

If O opens 1 of a Minor, what strategy should R have in mind when considering R’s options for responding?

A

Rather than go to game level in a Minor, you’d rather play NT. If you stay in the Minor, you’ll probably be in a part game or have to make 11 tricks for a game - that’s a lot of tricks.
