A

Anti-cholinergic. Acts on PNS to decrease secretions and bronchodilate.*

Specifically, it blocks m-ACh-R, increasing intracellular cGMP. This prevents Ca2+ influx, and therefore, prevents bronchiolar smooth muscle contraction.
