ALOC, hypotension, insipiratory/expiratory wheezing, stridor

0.3 mg IM 1:1,000 epinephrine

0.3 mg IV 1:10,000 epinephrine
If it goes in the vein, it’s 1:10,000

Why is Duo-Neb not used in anaphylaxis/allergic reaction?
A
Ipratroprium is not necessary, as the Benadryl acts to decrease PNS stimulation

20mL/kg NS bolus (SBP > 100 mmHg is required)
