This criteria immediately requires a trauma alert.
Adult SBP less than 90 SBP in children on two measurements, 5 minutes apart
Unstable vital signs (adult SBP less than 90; Peds SBP less than 80, GCS under 10; RR under 10 or over 29) are what category of trauma?
