Dullness- inc tissue density/consolidation- air filled spaces filled with disease
Hyperresonant- dec tissue density, e.g. pneumothorax

Normal:
Bronchial- over manubrium, hollow, low pitch
Tracheal- over trachea, high pitch

Brocnhovesticular- over intercostal spaces 1-2= bronchial and tracheal
