Education + Communication
Prepare and Train employees. Also make them feel like they are the drivers of change.
Participation + Inolvement
If employees feel empowered and like they are part of decision making, they will be more flexible and towards change and they will show loaylty towards the business.
Support + Facilitation
Support and Care for employees because they might feel scared or stressed.
Negotiation
Reconsideration of Financial and Non Finacial Rewards and making mutual deals for the benefits of implementing change
Coercion
Unpleasant Strategy. It involves dramatic effects such as dismissals, loss of certain benefits etc
This startegy doesn’t overcome the resistance itself, it pushes change through.
