describe a difficult time in your life. How did you cope?

A

This was when a uncle of mine who had prostrate cancer lost his battle and i was pretty close with and it had affect me emotionally and mentally.
I took some time out from school and me and family had gone back to india to attend some funeral. services.
After a few weeks, i tried to cope by remebering all the happy moments i spent with him and also spoke with other member of our family and cherished those moments and tell me msyelf iand acknolwledeign its ok to feel sad.
and then after returning to australia i also took the initiative to seek help by goign to the sstudent support and wellbieng services and was able to talke at regular session and cope with the loss of my uncle

How do you handle criticism

A

I view criticism as something positive, and if the criticism is due to some sort of emotions and does not reflect reality, I consider it carefully and try to think about it in a calm manner and if justified, I should make the necessary change to my behavior

A

I am currently working as an online tutor at bing academy where i teach students in areas of maths, english and science.
I once made of mistake of
-entering the wrong number of hours for a class
on my tiem spreadhseet, and my supervisor payed e extra
i immedielty relaised this and informed in this after the monthly and transferref the money back tom
because i realied it was not fair to get paid for horurs i didnt no do
learnt to always be carefly when i enter the hours i have done

how do you deal with failure

A

it think dealing with failure at the time can difficult at the time, and i see it as incredible learnign opportunity

i can remember applying for an science leader position for my year level at my school and ending up not getting the position, even through i through i was great match for the position, at the time i was really disappoint and i didnt meet my expectations and the consequences of failure and the perople i had let down,

i had talked to my family and peopel i trust and understand my feelings better and deal with my emotions, after wards i thought about why i did not get the position and worked on it, i realised i still neede dto develop my interpersonal skills and communication skills

so i worked on them by engaging in further social actives at school and during the enxt school i got the position and was really happy. through this experience i learnt the importance of seeign failure as a learning tool and can help build resilience.
