Q

why medicine rather than another career

A

I am aware nurses, dentist, students in science all play in an important role in society. Nurses play a key role in society, as they seek to enhance people stay at a hospital and their health, \assist with the healing process, and provide support,
while medicne is till my prefence as nursing does not provide the opportunity
to diagnose patients
immersse myself in more intellectually challening challening tasks, and
provide holistic care,
and able to immerse myself into wider range of specialities and fullfil my intellecturl curoitsyt
medicine allows a diverse range of roles such as educator, doctor, counsellor,
such as paediratica peadiratic nurses available, the aspect os surgery

furhter dentists are important in society as they diagnose and teeth problems and also the mouth area and the first health care professiona to recognise a wide variety of dieases such as oral cancer
however i would prefer to do medicine because i want to involved in whole body care and to have greate opportunities to engage in convos while dentistry have limited

last individuals in science are important to science as it contributes to the production of knowledge and contributes to innovaiton in our moden world ,
with more interactionbut i want to study medicine because i able to get moe interactions with patients ad and greater opportunities to engage myself in clinical drug trials

Q

what are some advantages/disadvantges of MDTS?

A

Some advantages include: it allows specialists to discuss and provide expert advice in the care of a given patient
and offer a platform for discussion and brainstorming in general
during my work experience, at a local clinic, I did not a vast MDTs but I was able to observe the cardiologist work with other nurses to take care of the patient and ensure patients are getting the received care and supported such as the nurses were checking vitals and the doctors interacting with patients-MDT in action

some disadvantages include
1. potential for miscommunication
3. confusion is there is no clear team leader
