Describe a questionnaire
A questionnaire is usually composed of one or more questions, answered by a number of people normally called potential clients or the target market. The results can be collected as a table of results and/or a graph or pictogram.
what are the stages of using a questionnaire?

- Ask the target market the questions.
- Collect the results and present them.
- Analyse the results; draw conclusions.
Why are questionnaires used (benefits)
Fast and efficient.
Can be given to large groups.
You can ask very specific questions
Results can be presented as graphs and charts.
Describe a user trip
User trips go through the whole process of using a product and looks at 3 key stages; set up, use and putting away.

Define internet searches
An internet search engine such as Google can be used to gather information required to design your product
Define measuring and recording
This could include observing people using a similar product and recording their responses, opinions and thoughts.
