The who is the site name and address: who the account is for. The what is what kind of signal(s) we’re calling on. When indicates the time the alarm went off. Where will be the point and description.

When checking history, what are some important things to pay attention to?
Recent alarms, actions taken on them and documentation from previous operators.
How long can temp notes last for?

-address changes
-new call list
-password changes
-dispatch first
-animals on site
-ANY changes to the account.
Temp notes are only temporary but they’re immediate. Feel free to get them over to the main office afterwards for a permanent change.
