How do you prepare a slide?

Answer 1

1) add drop of water to middle of a clean slide
2) cut onion and seperate layers, use tweezers to peel off epidermal tissue
3) place epidermal tissue in water on the slide
4) stain with a drop of iodine
5) place cover slip over the top carefully by tilting and lowering it avoiding air bubbles
